MS Sharepoint Consultant (2nd level support)
Basic skills
- BS/BA degree and minimum 2 years in a technical discipline, which relates to the I/T duties assigned.
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience of MS Sharepoint Portal Server 2007 BAU execution on other customers.
- Strives to obtain and document information about customer-specifics, where such information seems unavailable in written form.
- Interpersonal skills, which enables easy communication with team member, customer prime mover, other departments in the company. This communication is driven by the Indians to solve the tasks.
- Possesses strong service skills with ability to balance technical support, written/oral communication and customer satisfaction.
- Has technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity and analysis.
- Creativity and analytical ability is required to understand the inter-relationships of the products with each other and with the network as a whole.
- Be able to identify opportunity for, and implement process improvements.
- Utilizes standard Company Global Services processes and escalation procedures as documented.
- Commitment to process and quality to ensure ‘World-Class Service’ to IBM customers.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Interested in learning and open to knowledge transfer.
Technical skills:
- MS Sharepoint training and 2 years practical experience needed (2 years practical knowledge required)
- Training required:
- MS Office Sharepoint Portal Server 2007 and Windows Sharepoint Services - very good knowledge
- Skills with IIS, ISA is preferred
- Windows Server - 64-bit Cluster - good knowledge/able to work independently
- ITIL / Change- & Incident management knowledge - Understanding of ITIL procedures used is necessary to understand the flow and communication of these tasks - very good knowledge
- SQL - good knowledge/able to work independently
Required
- Master's Degree
- At least 2 years experience in Windows / Windows server (64-bit Cluster)
- At least 2 years experience in MS Sharepoint Consultant (training, practical experiences, knowledge)
- At least 2 years experience in MS Office
- At least 1 year experience in SQL
- At least 6 months experience in ITIL / Change- and Incident management knowledge
- English: Fluent
Prefered
- At least 1 year experience in ITIL / Change- and Incident management knowledge
