E-commerce Manager (M/F)

Responsabilities:
- Implement the Booking Engine for the Hotel website and manage the prices, availability, packages and promotions.
- Support negotiation with online third party booking travel operations, identify new online distribution opportunities and cultivate a strong relationship with all the online contracted third parties.
- Manage online third party booking platforms availabilities and pricing based on commercial strategy.
- Implement Inventory Distribution Tool to regularly update room prices and availability on all the online third party platforms automatically.
- Implement search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve performance of website (building volume, quality traffic and higher ranking in SE results):
- Identify the most relevant key words;
- Implement meta data and tags to the html codes in all pages;
- Identify strategic linking.
- Implement Pay Per Click campaigns.
- Monitor online campaigns regularly and make recommendations to improve performance metrics.
- Monitor regularly website analytics.
- Provide Management with a monthly report showing:
- How much revenue has been earned through each Booking Engine;
- Leads VS Bookings – conversion ratio;
- Website traffic in;
- Website ranking in key search engines;
- PPC conversion rate;
- Cost per click;
- ROI online.
- Research and develop new Internet Marketing Strategies.
- Keep current on the latest trends in the search marketing industry.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by Department Manager or General Manager.
- To do whatever is necessary to maximize sales and profits of all business operations.

Attributes:
- The E-commerce Manager must be able to react quickly to any change within the online world, adapting strategies and actions to the new environment in a very effective way.
- High availability to perform tasks that may require immediate action and ability to handle multiple ongoing tasks with changing priorities.
- Insatiable desire to learn.
- Main languages required are Portuguese and English, the ability to write in any other language is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Strong time management and analytical skills.
- To have a results driven attitude and to apply creativity and proactively finding solutions to meet the business goals.
