A Manpower Portuguesa S.A. recruta para empresa cliente na área das telecomunicações:

1. Main Tasks:
 Setup new customer accounts
 Invoicing
 Ascertain credit risk profile in accordance to business guidelines
 Produce statements and chase debt by email and telephone to UK third parties
 Liaising with Banking on cash allocatin
 Run and control aged debtor reports
 Reconcile credit notes to stock returned
 Prepare weekly and monthly reporting, which includes database reconciliation, proposal of bad debt provisions and balance sheet reconciliations
 Meet Service Level Agreed. Raise awareness when target in endangered
 Identify, raise and report queries to local team and controllers

2. Requirements:
 Accounting or Finance background, either by education or on the job experience
 Experience in Accounting will be taken into consideration

3. Technical Skills:
 Very good English level
 Other languages are a plus
 Excelent Excel skills - mandatory

4. Behavioral Skills
 Comfortable in working both with routine pressure
 Good understanding of what ‘team spirit’ means
 Dynamic, tenacious and self starter
