Antagon International is looking for a prestigious international Company:
Human Resources Manager - Angola
We, an international company working in the Oil&Gas industry, are looking for a motivated and committed Candidate.
Main responsibilities are:
- Assuring contract and payroll management of employees;
- Assuring management of training, development plans, salary reviews and incentive programs;
- Supporting Branch/Company management in definition of qualitative and quantitative needs of employees and setting up of all actions and recruitment activities;
- Developing and monitoring industrial and trade unions’ relations;
- Assuring application of local laws for work environment and safety;
- Promoting the development of the local content initiatives;
- Providing efficiency, effectiveness and cost control of general services, contract definition and supplier control.
Requirements:
- Applications are invited for candidates with 8-10 years HR experience including at least 3-5 years in a managerial position.
- Degree in relevant field;
- An excellent command of Portuguese and English;
- Minimum 8 years HR experience - preferably in Oil & Gas industry - in a professional environment of over 200 employees, including following deep knowledge:
- HR management and development systems & procedures;
- Labour Laws and contractual elements for the employment;
- Legal and contractual principles for international employment management;
- Budget and labour cost;
- Prevention and labour litigation;
- Organizational design and analysis methodologies;
- Compensation and benefit system; Training methodologies and tools.
- Working experience in West African countries is a strong plus.
Conditions:
- Negotiable Salary;
- Food, Accommodation and Travel Flights paid by the Company.
