Portuguese Help Desk – Customer Support (m/f)
Chez Republic
Accountabilities:
- Answering calls about installation, maintenance and technological support of multi-vendor IT;
- First-level support to users;
- Dispatching to second-level support.
Profile:
- Basic IT knowledge (hardware, software, applications, connectivity);
- Familarity with PC systems as end user;
- Excellent communication and customer care skills;
- Stress-resistant, enthusiast and willing to work in a team;
- Ability to operate well in an international and multicultural environment;
- Responsiveness and flexibility, Teamwork skills, High motivation, Learning skills;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese – both written and spoken;
- Availability to work in a shift system (including nights, weekends and holidays) – if required.
Conditions:

- Extra pay if working on 3 shift model (about 20 to 25% towards your salary);
