Our client is an International Company located in Malaysia that provides common non-core support services in the following areas: Information Technology, Human Resource, Finance and Accounting Services.
Financial Officer (m/f)
Malaysia
Mission:
- You will work in the Finance and Accounting Service of the company, as part of a specialized finance team which operates with Cash Management and Management Reporting.
Main Accountabilities:
- Provide cash management transaction processing support to deliver cash management services to business groups in accordance to the processes and relevant legal and statutory requirements.
- Perform cash management day to day and bank statement transaction processing and ensuring deliver quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness on a daily basis.
- Accurate process all cash management transactions within the given time frame.
- Provide management reporting processing support to deliver reporting services to business groups in accordance to the processes and relevant legal and statutory requirements.
- Perform budget and report preparation while ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness on a daily basis.
- Generate month-end, quarter end, year end and business group financial reports for business groups.
- Process all management reporting tasks within the given time frame.
Profile:
- Graduated in Accounting or Finance (eliminatory);
- Previous work experience in this field (privileged);
- Good communication and listening skills;
- Excellent PC skills;
- Fluency in Portuguese English – both written and spoken (eliminatory);
- Knowledge in other languages (privileged);
- Availability to work in a shift system from Monday to Friday.
