Leanop is a consultancy company that creates and improves Operation Management System, applying improving methodologies such as Lean, TPM and TQM. We currently work for different industrial sectors (telecommunication, metal mechanics, apparel and others).
We are looking for an ambitious Consultant to join our team.

Required skills and Qualification
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Pro-active, hands-on and self-driven.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Driver License
- Living in the Porto or Aveiro region
- Available to travel abroad and in Portugal

Preferred Skills
- Fluency in a 3rd language
- International experience
- Experience in industry
- Some experience applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, TPM and Kaizen
- Understanting of Balance Scorecard and other strategy methodologies.
