Your future project
• Share knowledge and insights through documentation and presentations
• Provide business analysis to ensure decisions are made and executed in time
• Help shape vision, strategies and/or tactics while supporting leadership in the definition and implementation of specified projects and programs
• Ensure projects have established measures with clear exit/success criteria
• Identify opportunities for additional business cases and cross-collaboration
• Identify risks and issues
• Identify critical stakeholders and required engagement model
• Manage and report on key wins, metrics reviews, short term milestones and results
• Work across multiple analytical platforms and tools
• Provide analytical support to programs and initiatives
• Work with development teams to implement frameworks for continuous measurement and reporting, metrics analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Develop and build critical dashboards, reports, and dimensional models, including both ad-hoc and pre-defined reports that can be analyzed by key stakeholders
We are looking for
• Native or Proficiency in English (C2)
• Ability to manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Strong stakeholder management, x-functional collaboration, and influencing skills
• Must be flexible - agility is critical as agendas change in real-time
• Ability to cope with stress and adversity
• Ability to take data-driven decisions
• Ability to simplify complex details down to comprehensible takeaways and actions
• Excellent planning, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience working with extremely large datasets and comfortable with analytics tools (e.g.: Tableau)
• Business understanding and ability to “connect the dots”
• Strong documentation, visualization (PPT), presentation, communication, and storytelling skills
• Technical as well as business knowledge of data and database systems
• Ability to drive new analytical models to provide business insights
