Your future project
As a French Customer Support– Lisbon, Portugal, you will:
• Assist clients via inbound calls, chat or e-mail in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding the reservations and attending potential requests.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
We are looking for
• Proficient French and fluent English (minimum level B2)
• Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
• Previous experience in Customer Service or a sales representative is a plus
• For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit
• Availability to do Home Office temporarily.
