Role purpose

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team. The key role in shaping the way our business works, driving business critical projects from concept to completion.
The successful candidate will be a charismatic and enthusiastic individual, and will require the drive and resilience to push forward, and overcome project challenges and setbacks, contributing to the overall business strategy of KWP and oversee the project to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used and the different interests involved are satisfied. In exchange, you’ll be given the autonomy and resource you require in order to deliver results.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and personal credibility dealing with KWP colleagues and country representatives.
• Provide management guidance and leadership to ensure all activities are delivered to a high degree of quality, ensuring client satisfaction and client retention.
• Making sure that all the aims of the project are met, quality standards are met and the correct IT systems are used to keep track of people and progress.
• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management, create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
• Engage people in improving communication flows and workflows through techniques such as Lean.
• Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
• Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities and revise the schedule as required.
• Responsible for leading the delivery of internal outsourced services across a wide portfolio of activities and service requirements from data production to client report delivery as well as ad hoc projects.
• Ensure negative client feedback is addressed and act as a point of escalation for service issues, and further escalate, as appropriate, with recommendations for action / improvement
• Support staff in handling challenging client discussions, influencing stakeholders and ensure a consistent approach across our interactions with our clients
• Coordinate and work on the preparation of reports, statistical analyses and others, to ensure an optimal presentation of results to the client, according to their expectations.
• Establish communications standards and ensure that communication commitments are met and rigorously applied, both in terms of scheduled and reactive output with clients.
• Support the implementation of business improvements initiatives across the business.
• Continuous communication and motivation to the team to achieve operational results with an employee satisfaction high index.
• Take oversight of the delivery of all KPI measurement to ensure quality and productivity standards are known, measured and meet the required service standards of accuracy and timely delivery
• Working with senior stakeholders to continually evolve our understanding and measurement of operational success


• 5 years of experience in project management including process or systems implementation (achieve and exceed challenging targets).
• Experience leading the full project lifecycle from concept to completion.
• Certified by Project Management Institute.
• Highly adaptable with the ability to work effectively within different cultural and technical environments.
• Possess outstanding communication, interpersonal, management and leadership skills enabling you to deal comfortably with stakeholders at all levels across the organization and to facilitate discussions in a sensitive but proactive way.
• Problem-solving skills, diplomacy and teamwork spirit.
• The resilience to overcome issues and deliver.
• Lisbon based.
