Our client is a multinational company within the Transports and Logistics business area.
Reporting to the CEO the main responsibilities will be:
Visitors reception & phone answering;
Organization of International Truck drivers travels from & to Taldis;
Orders receipt & approval, registration, communication to drivers;
HR administration & document management ;
Authorities procedures & documents;
Courrier : attachment of salary , payroll;
Disk control & archiving , schedule & hours , path , scanner settlement & start-up installation de scanner Follow-up;
Local suppliers follow-up ( accountant, lawyer, rent , etc…).
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor Degree in relevant areas;
At least 10 years of experience working as an Office Manager;
Portuguese native speaker;
English and French fluent speaker;
Dynamic and proactive profile;
Reliable and autonomous profile;
Sense of order and organizational skills;
Availability to travel during small periods;
Ability to work alone localy;
Good Communication skills;
Great opportunity to integrate a known company as an Office Manager.
