Your Role

Together with your colleagues, you will build a competent and friendly customer service representative team, with the main goal to help customers through personalized service (inbound and outbound calls, or back office assignment).

• You will be the first point of contact for our clients´ customers;
• You will handle customer contact by phone and email - mostly inquiries on the subjects: orders, returns and exchanges;
• Sell, or upsell, when opportunity is given;
• You will offer help with questions regarding the products or the purchase of cameras, camcorders and printers;
• You will offer basic "Troubleshooting" and escalate complex cases to higher support levels.

Your Profile

• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and good understanding of English (B2 Level);
• Good computer and internet skills;
• Fast learning ability;
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Goal-oriented work;
• Flexibility and resilience;
• Availability for the project from Monday to Friday, 06h00 to 20h00 and Weekends, 08h00 to 18h00 on a rotationalschedule;
• Experience in telephone customer service / call center (preferred).
