Your Role
As part of the ASOS Customer Care Team you will be responsible for handling all customer queries whether it is fashion advice or chasing a customer’s order. Be part of a multinational team ensuring every day the happiness of the customers by delivering the service on the highest possible level.

With over 60,000 product lines across womenswear, menswear, footwear, accessories, jewellery and beauty, the company revolutionizes the worldwide fashion market. With around 1,500 new product lines being introduced each week ASOS is not only targeting the UK but also 237 countries such as the USA, France, Germany, Italy, Australia, Russia and China.

Responsibility
• Ensure an adequate response time while delivering the highest possible service to all customers via email and social media & live chat channels;
• Maintain excellent quality and efficiency to achieve our team targets;
• Identify and process orders that may be fraudulent;
• Proactively handling sales activities;
• Advice our customers on a high level, providing updated help guides and meeting their individual needs.

Your Profile
• Fluency in written and spoken Spanish (C2 level mandatory);
• Fluency in written and spoken English (C1 level mandatory);
• Good computer and typing skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Great team spirit;
• Passion for fashion and attention to detail;
• High flexibility to work shifts and on weekends (24/7);
• Previous experience in Customer Service (preferably).
