The role:
Have you great customer service and selling skills? How about English and native Portuguese language skills? Because right now at FantasticWin.com in Customer Service we are looking for real team players to join the team as Customer Service Associates to provide email and chat support to our customers.

Detailed Description
As a Customer Service Associate your main responsibilities will involve:
• Taking care of customer inquiries, analysing individual problems and taking appropriate action to ensure that customer needs are met
• Perform outbound call, ensuring that the company activation strategy is completed
• Reviewing customer identification documents (KYC) and verifying customer accounts or bonus rollover requirements
• Reporting on system bugs and general problems experienced by the customers
• Providing reports on suspicious customer activities
• Supporting management accounts preparation and ensuring that financial records are accurately kept up to date.

Job Requirements
As a Customer Service Associate your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Portuguese language proficiency
English language skills to business standard
The ability to perform well in a demanding environment
Telemarketing/selling skills
Strong logical reasoning skills with an analytical approach
Good Windows and Microsoft Office skills
