Currently, we are now recruiting for one of our most prestigious clients: Lexmark, for the position: Technical Helpdesk - Inbound Agent - Level 1, Italian market. Therefore, we are looking for new talents that want to engage and build with us a successful project.
Job Title: Technical Support Level 1 for Lexmark equipment - to provide support and solve technical issues by telephone, e-mail and chat.
Minimum skills: Fully fluent in the Italian Language(eliminatory)
Strong knowledge of English
Experience in Contact Centre Helpdesk (preferable)
Strong knowlodge of hardware amd Software
Salary: € 850(Base Salary) + €6.17 Lunch + € 150 Bonus (variable)
Training: 8 weeks of technical training of Lexmark equipment fully paid by Sitel
Start Date: February 13th in Sitel Facilities in Lisbon (Portugal)
