Operations Manager - eCommerce Business
Guimarães Reporting to the Head of CRM, the professional will pro-actively improve the daily operations of the company, mapping processes, creating best practices and following through on improvements and solutions, manage the Fraud and Order Processing teams, to obtain maximum sales with minimum losses, with a lean but efficient team. You will also be the key connector to 3rd party providers - obtaining the best service levels from them, investigating options, keeping abreast of and sharing market activity, and negotiating and problem solving all daily or project challenges in a swift and efficient manner.
Profile
The ideal candidate should have fraud control experience, ideally online, but other areas of fraud evaluation also considered (eg: Insurance, banks etc…);
Working knowledge of International Customs laws/regulations and export compliance policies, documentation and processes;
Logistical and Process Management experience, ideally with strong liaison with technical teams,;
Experience in creating Best Practice, manuals and training.
