Our customer is an important distribution company with over 1300 employees and annual revenue of $800 million, well established in the sector in constant growth, needs to incorporate in Mozambique:
CEO (CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER)
The job holder will manage and direct the operations of the Group in a manner that ensures that the company meets set performance objectives on an on-going basis, shareholder value is maximized and business operations remain profitable.
This CEO will report to the Board of Directors and will supervise 4 business units, their GM's and Finance Heads based in Maputo.
Personal Profile:
• Business Degree preferably at post graduate level;
• Training in management and or leadership;
• Minimum of 10 years experience in senior management preferably in a business environment with products of low margins;
• Proven experience of strategy development and implementation;
• Staff supervision, training and performance management skills;
• Good communication skills and interpersonal relationship;
• Strategic thinking;
• Experience in Africa, Asia, Middle East or Latin America is a plus;
• English language mandatory;
• Portuguese language a plus.
