As a part of our Summer 2012 recruitment campaign we have two vacancies for Duty Managers to join our Ground Operations Team on Fixed Term Contracts at Faro Airport.
Reporting to the Station Manager, the Duty Manager is responsible for the day to day ground management of all Jet2.com flights and operational performance at their appointed airport.
The Duty Manager ensures safety regulations are met, drives the base On Time Performance in line with Company targets and effectively leads and manages the Ground Operations Team providing appropriate support. In addition the Duty Manager will ensure ancillary revenues are collected and sold inline with Company procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in leading and motivating teams within a customer environment and have sound MS Office (Word & Excel) skills. Experience within the aviation industry would be desirable.
A flexible approach to working hours is required as you will work earlies, lates, nights and weekend shift patterns.
