As a part of our Summer 2012 recruitment campaign we have vacancies for Full and Part Time Passenger Service Agents to join our Ground Operations Team on Fixed Term Contracts at Faro Airport.
Reporting to the Passenger Services Supervisor, our Passenger Service Agents offer helpful, friendly advice and assistance to customers who are travelling with us. In these positions, you will be responsible for the efficient check in of all Jet2.com customers, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times and that our customers are dealt with efficiently and professionally by our handling agents.
The ideal candidates will have previous customer service experience with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Intermediate/fluent Portuguese is required for this role.
A flexible approach to working hours is required as you will work earlies, lates, nights and weekend shift patterns.
