Reporting to the Head of Finance will have the following functions:
- Cooperating on the yearly budget and monthly Forecast;
- Consolidation of Budget & Forecast indicators;
- Deliver high quality documentation (process maps, procedures, business
requirements) in line with the company standards;
- Support in the analysis of key figures - definition and monitoring of relevant KPI’s.
The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
- Degree qualification in Management or Accounting;
- One year of experience on a similar function;
- Fluent in English and Italian or German (mandatory requirements). An additional language would be an advantage;
- Proactive, logical and innovative;
- Good problem solving and decision making skills;
- Analytical and rigorous in the thinking process;
- Demonstrates self-confidence and works well in cross-functional groups;
- Experience in an multicultural context.
