Tempo Team RH is recruiting a Technical Service Department Assistant to Chinese's Multinational in Portugal.
Job responsibilities:
- PAC/FAC control file for all the projects (expected date vs real date)
- Update Teamspace system with needed materials for all the projects
- Training request, dates arrangement, record and follow up, including cooperation with Spain
- Local Training logistics (manuals; CDs; support trainer; other logistic)
- Elaborate Purchase Requests to Partners according to PM inputs (in ePR follow up of the problems with Purchase Order creator in China)
- Create/Open of Pure Service Contracts Numbers; Control of Pure Contract Numbers
- Follow up of the validity of 3rd party machine support contracts
- Other simple reporting to Iberia Office
- Make the training schedule
- Book the trainers
- Archive the training records in the TMIS
- Assist delegates (customer, partner, trainers) with travel and visa requirements
- Prepare training Materials and Logistics
- Make monthly training report and Etc.
Essential experience:
- Worked in a multinational and multicultural environment
- Resistance to stress
- Worked in a technical team
Essential knowledge/skills:
- IT competent (Microsoft Office, IBM Lotus Notes) and internal systems i.e. Overseas Training Management Database.
- Excellent Communications skills.
- Fluent in English
- Pro-active and dynamic
- Highly organized and good in managing priorities and urgent responsibilities
