URGENT: Costumer service assistant with fluency in German
FUNCTION:
- Assistant at an Inbound line to supporting resellers of products related to contact lenses, providing information on products and check the status of your order.
REQUIRED PROFILE:.
High School;
Knowledge of Computers in Optical User;
Fluency in German - to speak correctly, is not necessary to be a Germany Native
Punctuality / Attendance;
We are looking for persons who are:
Communicative ,
With Good listening skills,
Assertive,
Self-confidence,
Resistant to stress;
Ability to work as a team (team player);
Office Hours:
Monday to Friday;
Full-Time
