MULTILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

(M/F)

3S Solvay Shared Services is the shared services company for the Solvay Group, that develops and provides contractual shared services in Accounting/Finance and Human Resources.

We are searching for:

candidates to work as multilingual Customer Service Contact, to be the first contact person between 3S Solvay Shared Services and our correspondents in the contries;

Your main Responsibilities will be

Answer the requests from 3S customers;

Ensure 3S customers’ satisfaction through the improvement of the communication;

Solve problems in a country and bring country knowledge; bring answers through experienced knowledge of company’s and countries operations;

Capture and communicate feedback on services;

Prepare reports, propose improvements/best practices.

Profile:
- University degree in any area with preference in Marketing, Communication, Human Resources, Languages, or Finance area;
- English Good or Fluent and commulativly:
- Fluency or Native in: Dutch; German; Italian; Spanish
- Autonomy, Dinamyc and reliable, team player, proactive, able to work under pressure and flexible with sleeves-up personality.
- Analytical quick thinking
