Generic Job Description:

Resposible for all financial management of the country including:
- General ledger, financial statements, management and financial reporting;
- Local statutory reporting and filings including regulatory reporting where appropriate;
- Client biling and monitoring of unbilled (WIP);
- Controlling of debtors and accounts payable (including world-wide Intercompany accounts;
- Payment transactions, cash book and bank reconciliations;
- Local tax and VAT compliance;
- HR: payroll, tax at source, social insurance, pension fund, expenses, absence management, wage statement;
- Adherence to internal compliance and control regulations;
- Management of the relationship with the auditors (Statutory and Internal);
- Cooperation and assistence of Finance & Administration abroad, both in the UK and USA;
- Support of local Managing Consultant and other senior management including analysis and understanding of country results;
- Local merger and integration activities as relevant;
- Career development and mentoring of other members of yhe country finance team (where applicable).

Skills set requirements:

- A professional with the relevant local accounting qualifications;
- Experience and understanding of US and local GAAP reporting requirements;
- Experience of working for a multinational organisation;
- Autonomous, accurate and reliable and ability to work well time pressure;
- Excellent command of English.
