Job Description
The company is seeking to hire a Senior Analyst who has 8 years plus work experience, either in a corporate setting such as a top-tier consulting firm or investment bank. All candidates should have a strong interest in private equity and business consulting.
The candidate should have a background in economics, management or engineering and deep knowledge of financial issues. The ideal candidate is an individual with intellectual rigor, analytical thinking, creativity, and a passion for delivering outstanding, game-changing solutions to clients.
We are seeking a Senior Analyst with relevant project management and client management experience, who can effectively communicate and has proven leadership and team management skills. The Senior Analyst will answer for the project success and will have to deal with client interactions and expectations. She or he should also have an active role on identifying business development and "add-on" sales opportunities related to his project.
REQUIREMENTS
• Education: A master degree from a top-tier college and a strong record of academic and professional success is required. An MBA from an international reference school is a plus. Preferred background includes economics, business sciences and engineering, with additional coursework in corporate finance.
• Professional Experience: 8 years plus of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or investment bank.
• Intangibles: Candidates must have a strong character and a passion for delivering excellent client service. Must be a self-starter, with the ability to anticipate and fulfill client and team needs. Interdisciplinary thinkers will thrive in our work environment.
